Winter Characters Camp

We call this camp “CHARACTERS”. Or, “How Professional Actors Play Dress-Up”.

Grinochka and Feifei

Here, the focus is on creating different characters using voice, movement, facial expressions and, – the highlight of the camp – Costumes and Object Improvisation! Can you really look like a dwarf or a giant? How about an old woman with THREE legs? Learn to couple various seemingly unglamorous daily-life objects with lots of imagination to play pirates, princesses, mermaids, monsters…

This Camp builds on some of the basic acting and improvisation skills taught in the last (Toussaint Acting Camp), although if you missed that, we promise to bring you up to speed very quickly.

And then on the very last day, we open doors and share our discoveries! A special “Porte Ouverte” where we present our Characters. Parents and friends are invited to come watch and play along.

This winter, let the vibrant, colourful characters from the Arabian Nights warm your hearts.
