The Toussaint Acting Camp is the first camp of the season and a sort of introduction to the very unique brand of children’s theatre classes we do at Little Tykes Theatre.
Through playing games that encourage their imagination muscles, your children will learn about audience awareness, spatial usage, comic timing, improvisation skills, mask play, and Puppetry.
And then on the very last day, we open doors and share
our discoveries! A special “Porte Ouverte” where we present a little showing of the work we’ve been doing. Parents and friends are invited to come watch
and/or play along.
This year, we bring you an exciting exploration of the heartwarming Chinese folktale
Little Ma Liang’s paintbrush can bring to life everything it draws. What a relief it is to the poverty-striken villagers! Unfortunately, the evil Emperor has other greedy ideas about how to use it. Can Ma Liang and the Magic Paintbrush save the day?
